If you receive an item that stops working, or breaks within 30 days of receiving it, you can email us through the website for a return authorization number (RMA). You will be given a return shipping address by email. No returns are accepted without first receiving an RMA number. Unopened items that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned for an exchange. We do not accept non-defective returns or exchanges of items that have been opened. Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where an item was defective. We do not refund overnight or 2nd day shipping charges.
